Diet is one of them and this article will be about this one. The first thing you must know is you dont need to starve to lose weight. You can eat normal meals and lose weight at same time.For example is recommended to eat like 5 small meals a day to increase metabolism instead of 2 big meals. Now each meal if possible must contain the 5 main food groups. A somewhat large amount of cereal like rice and bread, a small amount of vegetables, fruits and milk if you like.The bread should be integral for a high fiber content which helps for a more efficient digestion. Potatoes are also a good source of fiber.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The meat would be chicken preferably as it contains less fat than pork and beef, very importantly it must be roasted or broiled avoid frying it at all costs. Frying increase the amount of fat in the meat and very high temperatures makes frying oil toxic. Vegetables and fruits should be raw and try to not put them in water as it takes away their nutrients. The milk must be reduced fat milk for obvious reasons as normal milk contains a big a amount of saturated fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now to accompany your meals use either water or juice. Water is better but juice is good too if you want a drink with more taste. Wine could be consumed after meals but in very small amounts. Don't drink sodas even the diet ones as they can weaken bones by limiting the absortion of calcium in them. Another to avoid is refined sugar as it is very hard for the body to eliminate it. Natural sugar like the one in fruits is perfectly fine.
